Life is difficult and until we draw our last breathe we are tasked with the need to grow through adverse situations. Through the use of the Inter-Systems Model in providing individual, marital and family therapy I can assist in dealing with these difficult challenges. I have provided therapy to acutely depressed and anxious adolescents and their families. Being a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marital and Family Therapists I also specialize in individual, couples and family therapy working on issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, communication, conflict utilization and sexual dysfunction in relationships.
